Please have all orders in by 12.00 noon for same day local delivery and for next day Nationwide delivery.

Weekend local deliveries please call to confirm. 

All local deliveries (Edinburgh and the lothians and surrounding areas) will be delivered by our van driver.  Your bouquet will be presented in a water bubble and presentation box to ensure the flowers are at their freshest.

You can leave your flowers in the box or take them out of the cellophane and put into your own vase.  They will stay arranged as they are arranged and tied together.

National deliveries will be delivered by the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, guaranteed next day (excludes weekends and bank holidays) at a cost of £7.50. Your flowers will arrive in a presentation box and a special delivery box to protect them for their journey.

Our 7 day returns policy is that if your flowers do not last as long as they should and have been cared for in the correct way then we will refund the money or make a fresh bouquet for you. Please note we will collect the old flowers when delivering the new flowers to check what was wrong with them. So we can sort any problem for our future flowers.

If you need to cancel your order once ordered as long as we havent already delivered your flowers we will give your a full refund.

Our customers payment details will  not be stored.No financial information will be stored on the web site or other wise.
